Sound Healing: 528Hz The Frequency of Love and Miracles

528 hz

Everything in this Universe, including you is vibrating at a frequency. This is because you and everything around you is energy.

The energy of the Earth vibrates at a 528Hz frequency which is the same frequency as Love, the Universal Healer.

The frequency of 528Hz is believed to be so powerful that it can help repair and restore DNA damage, bring peace and harmony and restore equilibrium to everything around it. Talk about good vibrations!

528Hz is the sound of Love however, there are many conspiracy theorists out there that believe that modern day music, TV commercials and the like are programmed at a lower and unnatural 440Hz frequency which is designed to stimulate fear, sickness and oppression.

The theory is that the 440Hz frequency was adopted during the Nazi regime in order to control prisoners and lower their consciousness. Then in 1940 the US introduced 440Hz as the standard frequency.

440Hz is an unnatural tuning frequency and according to Dr. Leonard Horowitz “the music industry features this imposed frequency that is herding populations into greater aggression, psycho social agitation and emotional distress predisposing people to physical illness.”
When particles vibrate at 423 Hz there is order and geometry. When they vibrate at 440 Hz however, there is confusion and lack of structure.

When particles vibrate at 423Hz there is order and geometry. When they vibrate at 440Hz however, there is confusion and lack of structure.

When your environment and your body begins vibrating at a lower or an unnatural frequency it can cause illness throughout your body, mind and spirit. In fact, illness often manifests on an energetic level first and then moves into the physical level.

It is believed that when your body is in harmony it vibrates at around 62-68Hz and anything lower than this can contribute to a weakened immune system. Colds and flu’s are believed to start around 58Hz, whereas cancer can appear around 42Hz. Before death takes hold your energy is also believed to dip below 20Hz.

There are many factors that can lower your vibration including:

Negative thoughts or being surrounded by negative people
Watching violent or horror movies and watching TV in general
Electromagnetic frequencies from cell phones, computers etc.
Radiation from microwaves, wi-fi connections etc.
Stress, anger and anxiety
Poor diet, GMO foods and processed foods
Exposure to household cleaning chemicals and pesticides
Smoking, alcohol and drugs

Famous physicist, Nikola Tesla also researched energetic frequencies and claimed that if we could eliminate certain frequencies that interfered with our bodies then we could lower the chances of disease.

Just like certain frequencies bring about disease there are other frequencies that stimulate healing and regeneration.

These frequencies are known as the Solfeggio scale, which is believed to have been used in ancient sacred music and Gregorian chants.

Each Solfeggio tone is designed to balance the energy of your body in order to keep it in perfect harmony. The 6 main tones are:

396 Hz– liberates guilt and fear to help you achieve your goals
417 Hz– helps to deal with change and removes old patterns and habits
528 Hz– love and DNA repair, believed to bring about miracles
741 Hz– helps to solve problems and express yourself, also a powerful cleanser
852 Hz– awakens, allows you to see the truth, develops intuition
936 Hz– reconnects you to oneness and light

Another powerful healing frequency is 432 Hz and this is believed to help induce a mediative state, stimulate the heart chakra and bring harmony to the body. Studies have also found that listening to music at a 432 Hz frequency can help stimulate calmness and happiness.

Just by listening to these frequencies either through music, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs or tuning forks you can begin to stimulate healing,

The 12 Biggest Life Secrets Forgotten by Mankind

Secrets

The more I ponder about life, the more I come to one solid realisation: The biggest curse and predicament of modern Man is forgetfulness. Like a creeping malaise, forgetfulness has seeped through all of Man’s being and doing. Individually, collectively, historically or culturally, we are spellbound to forget.

We haven’t only forgot our past but also our place in the present and our responsibility of the future. On a personal level, our ego-based state of consciousness is on a mission to keep us in this state of forgetfulness – to break the link to our being as a whole and to the interconnected web of life and universal consciousness. On a collective level, this forgetfulness is perpetuated and reinforced by social and cultural means – mainly by being tranced into a reality of unconscious consumerism, inauthentic lifestyles and a materialistic mindset.

The brighter side of it is that we all have the chance to re-member and re-connect to ourselves and the universe at large. The power of remembering is at the centre of the spiritual path to self-discovery and realisation.

Here is a list of what I believe we have forgotten, or more importantly, a list of things to remember:

1. We forgot our place in the natural world:

In the last couple of hundred years we have detached ourselves from nature. We have exploited, ravaged, consumed and attempted to control nature to appease our greed driven by self-absorbed madness. We tried to distance ourselves from the natural circle of life. We forgot how to listen to and understand the natural rhythms and cycles of the earth – its signs and languages. We forgot to follow nature’s path and live in balance with it.

2. We forgot our connection to life and the cosmos:

By detaching ourselves from nature, we forgot that we are deeply connected to it and to the cycles of the universe. Some tribes on the outskirts of ‘civilisation’, and who still follow ancestral ways, have preserved this connection with respect and reverence. We, on the other hand have instilled a sense of separateness which drove us out of balance and in dis-ease. We forgot how all consciousness is interconnected and weaved into a delicate and beautiful dance.

3. We forgot our ancient wisdom:

We forgot our ancestral wisdom. In the quest to gain scientific knowledge through the rationalisation of our mind, we forgot the wisdom through the opening of our heart. We forgot the ancient stories and folk wisdom that was handed down from from seers and wise men of antiquity who lived in harmony with the universe.

4. We forgot our path and our dreams:

By stirring away from our inner path we forgot to dream the dream of life. More importantly we forgot how to awake in that dream and see our true nature as co-creators of life – as the dreamers. We forgot that we have the power to weave dreams and use our power of intention to direct those dreams into manifestation.

5. We forgot our purpose:

With too much chatter, noise and distraction in this dense reality we forgot what we came here to do. We forgot our purpose. We are caught in the mass trance of fabricated consensual reality. We lost sight of our authenticity, that inner spark that drives us towards our happiness and self-realisation. We forgot that we are here to be realised as spiritual beings embodied in a physical form and embedded in a congenial universe.

6. We forgot that everything is Love:

This is perhaps the deepest mystery of all that only some seers came to understand it as an all-embracing truth. That truth however is hidden somewhere deep inside of us. We knew it at some point but have lost touch with it. We forgot that everything is ultimately energy and consciousness and that love is the fundamental fabric of existence that runs through all energy and consciousness.

7. We forgot to Forgive:

By being made to believe that we are separate and disconnected from the others and from everything else, we forgot to forgive. In its deepest sense forgiveness is the act of reminding ourselves that we are one with everyone and everything and that there is no victim or perpetrator. It’s just all of us together moving together in a dynamic web we call life.

8. We forgot to be Free:

Remind yourself one thing everyday: You were made to be free.

We were born and raised in a ‘reality’ where freedom is only a concept. We were bound to the shackles of fear, misconceptions, false ideologies, material reward and held ransom to rules and laws laid down to safeguard the interest of the few. We were made to forget that we are free agents of change. We are free to be who we are without fear or guilt.

9. We forgot our real power:

Living in fear has made us forget how powerful we are. We forgot the massive power of our will and intention to change our reality. We have been tranced into sleepwalking and following the ready made signs like automatons.

10. We forgot our lessons from history:

If there is something that history has taught us is how fast we are at forgetting our lessons. Time and time again we keep on repeating the same mistakes, stuck in the same patterns of greed and self-destruction. We cannot be blamed individually for the mistakes done by humanity in the past but we are responsible as individuals to to remind ourselves of the past mistakes and pass it on to the collective psyche.

11. We forgot to be simple:

Human life got more complex and complicated. We are seduced by the glitter of more and not by the power of less. We forgot to be simple and the meaning of simplicity. Life is simple really. Simplicity means discarding all the inessential stuff and ideas that clutter the view to our life purpose and the other truths we have forgotten.

12. We forgot to trust, believe and wonder:

We lost our enchantment with the world. We forgot to be wondered by the miracle of life. We do not stand in awe at the majesty of it all anymore. Our skepticism and cynical view of the world has made us lose trust in ourselves and the magic of the universe. We forgot how to believe. This is perhaps the biggest tragedy of all. It weakened our spirit and impoverished our soul.

5 Ways for Empaths to Shield from Negativity

Bad Vipe

If you are an empath or a highly sensitive person then it’s important to know there are special and important ways for you to protect your energy and shield yourself.

Your ability to feel and interpret the emotions of others as well as your surroundings can mean that you are also susceptible to the energetic imprint of those very same surroundings.

This is how to go about shielding yourself successfully, and without coming from a place of fear, worry, or “gross-ness.”

Being an Empath means you literally feel what other people are experiencing emotionally. You can feel it in your body, your mood, sensations and in your thoughts. You can also feel it consciously and on a subtle level without realizing it, which is what this recent study found.

What we generally associate as negativity, especially in regard to our energetic surroundings truly just boils down to environmental toxicity.

Some of this toxicity is literally from the foods we eat, air we breathe, jobs we work, families we live within, thoughts we think, emotions we feel, stressful lives we live, the need and race for money, and the pressure for resources that we associate as everyday life.

While there is a lot of toxicity to pick up floating around, some if it literally comes directly from other humans. Leanord Orr most commonly refers to it as “emotional energy pollution.”

Our emotions have a wide range of vibrations within them, and when we carry this emotional energy pollution, it can literally feel like it weighs us down. The energy we carry is dense, and even less harmonic, according to Masaru Emoto’s discoveries on water.

Empaths have a much greater likelihood to not only feel other people’s emotional energy, but to take it on as a way to process it. Sometimes empaths can do this knowingly or unknowingly, usually it’s both.

More studies are revealing that empaths are more likely to deal with depression, social anxiety, loneliness and introversion. It’s important for those of you who are empaths, myself included, to know how to navigate all of the negative energy floating all around us in our daily lives.

Whether you are an empath or not, negativity is an extremely powerful force, and when it starts compounding in your life, everything becomes difficult and ugly. We have to truly choose consistently in order to not be stuck in a prison of our own making.

Here’s how to make the right choices…

1) Strong Boundaries

Being that Empaths are more sensitive to their surroundings and the emotional energy in others, it can often mean they are more porous towards their environment, like a sponge.

I believe if this is not carefully attended to it can influence your will power, decisions, habits and behavior. Meaning, that your personal, energetic, mental and emotional boundaries have been compromised.

No bueno. You are a sovereign being with free will, yo. Your life, your responsibility and your choice. In a way you have to stand at relaxed guard at the gates of the various levels of your being, not fearful but simply aware of “what’s yours and not.”

As an empath if you don’t maintain healthy boundaries, everyone else’s emotions, problems, and all the noise of the internet and media will seep in and steal your presence. Negativity will seep in and consume things, and it’s up to you to prevent that.

Pro Tip: Figure out what your “Yes!” & “No!” is. Practice it and built it like a muscle, it’s perhaps the greatest tool I’ve ever learned to develop my internal boundaries.

2) Communicate Your Needs

It wasn’t too long ago that I was sitting around thinking about all the things I wanted, but absolutely clueless about what I truly needed.

When I came to this shocking realization, I awoke to the fact I was extremely misdirecting my energy. So firstly, I had to realize I was blocking so much in my life from flowing simply because I was out of touch with my needs.

As an empath what I am now learning is once I discover what my needs are, I have to learn how to directly communicate them in a balanced way with others who I require in fulfilling my needs.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs tells us that until your basic needs are met, you are absolutely limited in actualizing the higher levels of existence..

Meaning if your basic needs of food, shelter, rest, sleep, sex and survival are not met, you are severely limited in expanding your consciousness or spiritual attainment, as well as material prosperity in the physical world.

So as an empath or highly sensitive person, if you want to grow and thrive, then you must figure out what your needs are and communicate them into your life.

If you don’t communicate your needs, then negativity can build up in your life and make things overly challenging. You start to live a life created of others needs rather than your own.

“Abracadabra, I create as I speak.”

3) Take Your Time & Space When You Need It

When Leonord Orr, the same guy who came up with “emotional energy pollution,” visited a guru who claimed to be remarkably old in age, he found him sitting alone in a giant spiritual hall with all the onlooking visitors and devotees over 100 feet away.

He managed to have an assistant walk across the hall to ask a question to the old man, asking, “What is your key to living to an old age?”

The guru responded, and I’m paraphrasing, “I keep distance from other people.”

It’s important we have amazing, healthy community and social environments. In fact, it’s one of our core needs as humans and people. However, we also must take healthy space and distance from others to settle back into ourselves.

4) Pay Attention to What Drains You

Empaths have a tendency to be highly intuitive. Intuitive energy is very commonly associated with the ability to detect other people’s feelings and intentions.

This has been attested to have spiritual and healing benefits, but it also has the potential setback that some intuitive gifts have.

You must live by your intuition. Develop a call and response relationship with your intuition. Use it to guide you in choices, environments and new surroundings.

You can save yourself from experiencing so much negativity when you simply don’t do the things which drain you.

As empaths sometimes we have bleeding hearts to relieve others of their pain, and can even put ourselves in the way of others pain.

And truthfully, this is a misguided approach, and not the ideal way to empower someone to grow, it comes from ego and insecurity, and the negativity which can be present behind it.

Figure out what drains you. Flex your “Yes!” & “No”.

5) Develop Energetic Cleansing, Process & Protection Rituals

As Empaths we must cleanse ourselves from the negative energy we pick up in the world.

This can also be a part of the time we give ourselves to rejuvenate and recoup, and come home to ourselves. This ranges from longer periods of time to daily maintenance.

We have to cleanse the negative energy and emotional energy pollution we pick up, similar to taking a shower to wash off. Then we have to process the emotions underneath this energy.

Even though it’s from the outside world, we still have to take ownership of it. We have to understand what is the lesson for us to learn, since this has showed up in our lives for a reason and purpose.

Then we have to protect ourselves of future energy implications. Here are ways to cleanse yourself and protect yourself.

And you can do this from in a variety of cleansing methods…

Gettin in Sunshine, Moonshine & Nature
Grounding with Your Feet on the Earth
Taking a Bath, Especially with Candles & Crystals
Saging or Essential Oils Daily
Prayer & Meditation, and Visualizing white Light
Doing Energetic Invocations in the Morning
Having a Healthy Daily Ritual
Digital Detox
Having a Gratitude Practice

All of us are on a constant quest to improve and better ourselves, and not try to throw or project back the negativity into the World as our reactions.

Basically, as an empath it very well may be part of your life story to embrace incredible adversity and rise through it and transform it.

To shift negativity to positivity to prove how amazing of a vessel of consciousness you are, and how powerful.

By having a way to plug into the emotional energy of the World, you become a barometer for instigating where we could use change in the World.

You play an important, beautiful role. And like all good gifts, all of them require effort, love and attention to nurture.

Protect yourself. Go live amazing lives full of High Vibe Energy!
